Mr. Hytman is the Chairman of Aish as well as the Chairman and Founding Partner of Project Inspire, one of Aish’s fastest growing programs. Stuart has been involved with Aish for over 30 years. He was the president of Aish’s Toronto branch for six years and has also served on the boards of the Village Shul Aish Learning Centre as well as other local yeshivas and shuls in Toronto.
Stuart graduated as a dentist from the University of Toronto in 1989 and was in private practice until 2002, when he left to become the President of his family real estate business, ALMAD investments.
A Trustee of the Mayberg Foundation, Mr. Mayberg is an active community volunteer and philanthropist, serving on international, national, and local boards. He is a member of Aish’s Executive Committee Board, and Hillel board Chair at his alma mater, George Washington University.
His career spans over 38 years in the financial services and investment industries. Currently, he is CEO of CyLogic Inc. a cloud computing infrastructure and endpoint protection provider. He is a co-founder and principal of ProShares and ProFunds, Exchange Traded Funds, and Mutual Funds where he served as President. In 1986, he co-founded National Capital Companies, LLC and managed its financial services hedge fund. Mr. Mayberg also spent more than a decade working on inner-city urban renewal projects helping low-income working families purchase affordable homes.
He has a preference for entrepreneurial philanthropy and counts among his and his foundation’s most impactful initiatives the Jewish Women’s Renaissance Project, Jewish Education Innovation Challenge, The Mayberg Center for Jewish Education Leadership at George Washington University, Securing America’s Future Energy, and Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
Louis Mayberg is CEO of CyLogic LLC a Department of Defense-level cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure provider focusing on Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. He is also a co-founder and principal of the Advisor to ProShares and ProFunds, the exchange traded funds and mutual funds where he served as President for 15 years. Mr. Mayberg co-founded National Capital Companies, LLC, and previously managed National Capital’s financial services hedge fund.
Jake has been involved with Aish for over 20 years, and has been an Aish International Advisory Board member for many of them. Jake is Chairman and CEO of the Aronov Corporation, a diversified real estate company which since 1952 has been active in the development, acquisition and management of retail, multi-family, office and warehouse properties in twenty two states.
He also invests in privately owned non-real estate companies through Myrtlewood Capital which he operates as its President.

Rav Yitzchak Berkovits, Aish Rosh Yeshiva, also serves as the head of the Jerusalem Kollel and is a renowned halachic authority. Rav Berkovits is also the community Rabbi in Sanhedria Murchevet, author of numerous books on a broad range of topics and has been involved in countless other projects for the benefit of the Jewish people.
An intrinsic part of Aish’s leadership for many years, he has built a reputation as a lucid orator on halachic and philosophical topics, as a caring mentor for hundreds of newly religious Jews, and as a leader, guide and advisor for outreach professionals around the globe. Since returning to Aish in 2019, he has infused Aish with new vision and leadership, including the development and unveiling of AishVision2030, our new 10-year plan for impacting world Jewry.
Rabbi Steven Burg, Aish’s CEO, also serves on the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency, as an Executive Board Member of the Rabbinical Council of America, and a Board Member of Yeshiva University High Schools and Naaleh High School.
Prior to Aish, Rabbi Burg was the Eastern Director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center where he oversaw the Museum of Tolerance in New York City and contributed to the Center’s fight against antisemitism. He served as Managing Director of the Orthodox Union (OU) and as International Director of NCSY, a large international Jewish youth movement, where he founded two outreach programs for unaffiliated Jewish teens – Jewish Student Union (JSU), a network of hundreds of public high school clubs in North America and the Anne Samson Jerusalem Journey (TJJ), an Israel summer experience.
A respected and highly popular thought leader, Rabbi Burg is an oft-requested speaker around the world, monthly columnist for the Jewish News Syndicate (JNS) whose opinion pieces have appeared in many news outlets, and a frequent guest commentator on news channels as diverse as Al Jazeera, Foxnews, Newsmax and PBS.
Elliot Mathias, Chief Operating Officer, is the former Aish New York Executive Director and founder and CEO of Hasbara Fellowships. A program he created while studying at Aish in Jerusalem, Hasbara Fellowships grew under his leadership to become one of the premier campus Israel advocacy organizations in North America, training and supporting thousands of students to stand up for Israel.
While in that role, Rabbi Mathias also helped launch and expand Aish’s presence on University campuses across North America, hiring and placing young and inspiring Jewish educators on various campuses.
Rabbi Mathias has also served as the Chair of the Community Relations Committee of the Metro-West Jewish Federation. Rabbi Mathias has taken on the COO role to bring AishVision2030 to life, mobilizing the cooperation and collaboration of our branches, affiliates, and partners all around the world.
Ben Gonsher lives to help visionaries transform the world through strategic philanthropy and has done so with heroes of the Jewish People for over 20 years. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Kansas City Community Kollel, an affiliate of the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City.
Rabbi Gonsher worked successfully with major public and private foundations to actualize their philanthropic priorities and created and implemented events that raised critical funds for community needs.
While Regional Director of Southern NCSY’s nine-state District, he built partnerships with dozens of Jewish Federations and local philanthropists to create the next generation of Jewish Leaders.
