Since Aish’s founding in 1974, we have been working to connect Jews around the world to Jewish knowledge and ideas. By creating relevant educational content, programs, and personal experiences, we’ve been sharing timeless Jewish wisdom with as many Jews as possible, many of whom haven’t had opportunities to explore the deep wisdom of the Torah.
Building on our legacy of innovation and impact, we have now set an ambitious goal to engage three million Jews (roughly 20% of the Jewish population) in Torah learning over the next ten years.
Under the leadership of Aish’s Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yitzchak Berkovits, we will create new experiences to help every Jew connect with Jewish knowledge and wisdom through three avenues: Digital, Community, and The Dan Family Aish World Center.
With a proven track record of digital innovation and an existing audience of one million monthly visits to aish.com, we will be launching a new digital media studio focused on creating a broad range of Jewish content to stream across digital platforms. Our content will engage Jews at various lifestyle touchpoints through short and long-form Jewish entertainment, “edutainment,” and educational experiences.
Our yeshiva will continue to serve as a center for research and development of new curricula and approaches to education. Our world-class educators will empower our students to share their knowledge with others. Tapping into our vast network of alumni and participants from our programs like Triumph and Mothers with Meaning, we will continue to develop the next generation of Jewish leaders.
Leveraging the success of the Dan Family Aish World Center, which already boasts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually, we will create a must-see attraction when visiting Israel. In addition to the unbeatable views of the Western Wall from the rooftop, the site will feature high-tech, immersive educational experiences that engage the mind, heart, and soul. This includes an interactive museum, multimedia studio for live broadcasting, and a state of the art movie theater.
Aish was built on striving for change through big initiatives, big projects, and big thinking. This ten-year goal requires dedicated, visionary thinkers and supporters who can join us in thinking big.
