Overview
Aish is seeking a visionary and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the development of a holistic creative strategy. The Creative Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the creative process across all mediums, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials, and maintaining consistency in brand messaging and identity. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong management skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, overseeing day-to-day oversight of designers and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
- Lead the creative direction for large-scale events ensuring cohesive branding and impactful visual representation.
- Take ownership of major projects, overseeing the design process from concept to completion and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Direct video production efforts, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Contribute to copywriting efforts, developing and refining messaging for various communication channels to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Oversee workflow management, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Source and manage relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, editors, and graphic designers to support project needs.
- Lead brand development efforts for Aish and new projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field (plus).
- 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of video editing software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and complex projects.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative industry.
