We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life online. As a key part of the Communications Department, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and posting engaging content that drives engagement and strengthens our connection with audiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging posts for social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write compelling, platform-specific copy for each post.
- Manage the social media calendar, scheduling and publishing posts in line with organizational goals.
- Build and nurture engagement by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into content creation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva (experience with Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong video editing skills (such as Capcut, Adobe or similar).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, features, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for creative storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
