Maternity Replacement for
Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid, Jerusalem, Israel
Hours: Full time
Reports to: Interim Marketing Director
Availability: From June 7th till end of October 2026
Position Overview:
Aish Global is seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to support and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team during a maternity leave replacement period. This role is responsible for managing workflows, coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives, overseeing project prioritization, and ensuring efficient execution across creative and departmental marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is both systems-oriented and collaborative, with strong project management skills, operational thinking, and the ability to keep multiple moving pieces aligned in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations & Workflow Management:
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows, processes, and project intake systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee the prioritization and allocation of marketing and creative resources across departments and initiatives.
- Maintain visibility into team capacity, timelines, and deliverables to ensure balanced workloads and on-time execution.
- Develop and improve systems for organizing marketing assets, documentation, and project tracking.
● Project & Campaign Coordination:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects and
- Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-departmental
- Ensure alignment across project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and
- Track project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks or operational risks.
● Creative Operations Support:
- Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing assets across digital, event, donor, and campaign
- Help maintain brand consistency and quality control across marketing
- Support implementation of AI-assisted creative workflows and operational efficiencies where
- Provide copywriting support, creative input, and light creative direction/editing as needed to support marketing initiatives
● Team Coordination & Communication
- Facilitate weekly planning and prioritization
- Organize and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and follow-up actions.
- Improve communication and visibility across departments regarding project status and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and CRM platforms. Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with creative production and marketing
- Experience implementing workflow optimization or operational
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organizational
