IMPORTANT:

Please only send the exact cryptocurrency listed on the blockchain mentioned on the widget. Do not send any other cryptocurrencies (including layer 2, wrapped tokens, NFTs or other ERC-20 tokens not listed) as these are unsupported and may result in loss of donation. For more info, click here.

It’s easy. Just follow these 4 steps:

1. Go to www.aish.com/crypto
2. Choose the crypto currency you want to donate on the widget on the right side and choose either how much of a coin you want to donate or a specific dollar amount and hit Continue.
3. Enter your contact information (be sure to include an email address for your tax receipt).  Hit Continue.
4. Get the wallet address for Aish via either the QR code or wallet address in the widget and then send your donation.

The IRS treats donating cryptocurrency as a non-taxable event, similar to donating stock.  This sdo not owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount and can deduct it on your taxes. This makes Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrency donations one of the most tax-efficient ways to spread Jewish wisdom.

In addition, when you enter your email on the donation form, you will receive an IRS tax receipt from Aish.
