Administrative Assistant for the Finance Department
This position will provide support for administrative tasks for the finance department.
This position reports to the Director of Student Finance, with a working relationship with the Financial Controller and CFO, and will be a member of the Finance department.
Duties include:
- Managing of all email traffic coming into the student finance office including tuition@aish and efgscholarships@aish
- Administrative parts relating to Student Finance Partners: Masa, Olami, Oorah, NCSY, YU, Touro
- Includes working with external databases, submitting documentation and forms, updating partnering organizations etc
- Datot
- Trip registration
- Student Updates
- Following up with parents and students for payments, information or documentation
- Chasing outstanding debts from both students and customers
- Data entry
- Scheduling meetings between parents and Finance department members
- Administrative preparation for meetings, including parent meetings and calls
- General administrative tasks, supporting the functioning of the Finance team
Requirements:
- High level of discretion and organization with an attentive attention to detail
- Ability to use spreadsheets and google workspace
- Efficiency with respect to email communication
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and very sensitive to others.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (mother-tongue level)
Job Hours:
6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Hybrid arrangement.
Office location is in the Old City of Jerusalem
